GHOTEL hotel & living Hannover

Important note:
Hanover issued vehicle restrictions in so called environmental green zones. Drivers can only pass through these green zones if they have the necessary badge. You can buy a badge at the vehicle registration office, the engineers' associations, such as the Technical Inspection Authority or Dekra and at all workshops in Germany licensed to do an EI (Emissions-Inspection). The costs for a badge are about 8 to 12 EUR. In case vehicles without environmental badge pass through green zones, a penalty of 40,00 EUR and a penalty point in Flensburg impend.

GHOTEL hotel & living Hannover is not situated in an environmental green zone. However you need a badge in case you would like to enter the city centre by car.

Travel by means of public transportation from Hannover Airport :
From Hannover Airport, please take the S-Bahn line 5 in the direction of Hameln Bahnhof to the main station in Hanover. From there, proceed as described above. Travelling time: 41 minutes.

Travel by means of public transportation from Hannover Main Station :
From the main station in Hanover, take the S-Bahn S3 from platform 14 or the train R9 from platform 13 in the direction of Lehrte Bahnhof until you reach "Kleefeld Bahnhof". In front of the station you can catch a bus line 127 in the direction of Lahe or 137 in the direction of Spannhagengarten. Get off at Lathusenstraße. From there you can walk to the hotel in appr. 5-10 minutes. Driving time: 20 minutes.

Travel by car from the South:
Take the A7 motorway to the motorway intersection at Hannover-Süd. Turn off to the A37/B6 in the direction of Hannover-Messe. Take the Messe-Schnellweg to the exit at Kleefeld/Kirchrode (Pferdeturm). Turn right into Am Pferdeturm. Keep to the left at the junction. Follow the main street (Scheidestraße/Berckhusenstraße). Turn left again in front of the Lidl supermarket. You will then be on Lathusenstraße. The first entrance (at the stand of Phorms) is the driveway to the hotel parking place.

Travel by car from the West or the East:
Take the A2 to the motorway intersection at Hannover-Buchholz. Turn onto the A37/B3 there in the direction of Hannover-Messe. Leave the B3 at the exit "Pferdeturm" and turn left onto Am Pferdeturm. Keep to the left at the junction. Follow the main street (Scheidestraße/Berckhusenstraße). Turn left again in front of the Lidl supermarket. You will then be on Lathusenstraße. The first entrance (at the stand of Phorms) is the driveway to the hotel parking place.

Travel by car from the North:
Take the A7 motorway until you reach the exit at Altwarmbüchen. Turn onto the A37/B3 there in the direction of Hannover-Messe. Leave the B3 at the exit "Pferdeturm" and turn left onto Am Pferdeturm. Keep to the left at the junction. Follow the main street (Scheidestraße/Berckhusenstraße). Turn left again in front of the Lidl supermarket. You will then be on Lathusenstraße. Travel by car from Hannover Airport:
Follow the B522/L190 from the airport in the direction of Hanover and get onto the A2 motorway at Langenhagen in the direction of Hanover/Berlin. Leave the A2 at the motorway intersection at Buchholz and take the A37/B3 there in the direction of Hannover-Messe. Leave the B3 at the exit "Pferdeturm" and turn left onto Am Pferdeturm. Keep to the left at the junction. Follow the main street (Scheidestraße/Berckhusenstraße). Turn left again in front of the Lidl supermarket. You will then be on Lathusenstraße. Travel by car from Hannover Main Station:
Coming from the main station, please take Rundestraße in the directin of Fernroder Straße. Turn left at the intersection and follow Fernroder Straße. After appr. 160 m, turn right and take Berliner Allee until you reach the intersection. Turn left there onto Marienstraße. Go straight ahead on Marienstraße/Hans-Böckler-Allee and cross Messeschnellweg. Continue down Am Pferdeturm. Keep to the left at the junction. Follow the main street (Scheidestraße/Berckhusenstraße). Turn left again in front of the Lidl supermarket. You will then be on Lathusenstraße. The first entrance (at the stand of Phorms) is the driveway to the hotel parking place.
