Important note:
GHOTEL hotel & living München-Zentrum is located in the heart of Munich which is a so called environmental green zone of the town. Drivers can only pass through this green zone by car if they have the necessary badge. You can buy a badge at the vehicle registration office, the engineers' associations, such as the Technical Inspection Authority or Dekra and at all workshops in Germany licensed to do an EI (Emissions-Inspection). The costs for a badge are about 8 to 12 EUR.  In case vehicles without environmental badge pass through green zones, a penalty of 40,00 EUR and a penalty point in Flensburg impend.

Travel by means of public transportation from Munich Aiport:
If you arrive at Munich Airport, please take the S8 or S1 to the main station. Then please follow the instructions "Travel by means of public transportation from Munich Main Station" and the subway from there

Travel by means of public transportation from Munich Main Station:
From the main station in Munich, take the subway line U2 in the direction of Messestadt or U1 in the direction of Mangfallplatz. Get off at Fraunhoferstraße, leave the subway in your direction of travel and take the exit Baaderstraße.

Travel by car from the North by A9 motorway / Airport:
Take the motorway to the end, stay on the "Mittlerer Ring" and then follow the signs to "Am Tucherpark". You will then be on Ifflandstraße. Please continue straight ahead towards the city centre. After appr. 3 km, turn right onto Fraunhoferstraße and then left onto Baaderstraße at the first opportunity.

Travel by car from the South by the A9 motorway:
Follow the motorway to the end at München-Ramersdorf and stay on Rosenheimer Straße, which will lead you straight into the city centre. After you crossed the Isar River, take Zweibrückenstraße towards the Isartor and turn left onto Frauenstraße just before you reach it. Turn left again at the next opportunity onto Reichenbachstraße and follow it to the end. The extension of Reichenbachstraße across the intersection at Fraunhoferstraße is Baaderstraße.

Travel by car from Munich Main Station:
Leave the main station at Bayerstraße and turn left onto Paul-Heyse-Straße and left again onto Schwanthaler Straße. Continue to Sonnenstraße, turn right onto Sonnenstraße and follow the street until you reach the Sendlinger Tor. After you crossed the intersection, continue straight ahead onto Blumenstraße and turn right again onto Papa- Schmidt-Straße. At the next intersection, continue straight ahead onto Fraunhoferstraße, until you reach Baaderstraße on your right hand side. Turn right onto Baaderstraße and stop after appr. 20 m at the entry to the underground car parking of the hotel (Baaderstraße 88).
